For me the choice is easy. I can't lay down and watch tv because I wear tri-focals and can't see without them. : ) and I have to take off my glasses before I hook up to the CPAP machine, so I don't stop breathing....ha ha it's no wonder we have seperate bedrooms. : ) but, the good newa is that since I've got my CPAP and started with the nerve block injections in the neck and back I'm up to 3-3.5 hours of constant sleep without waking up !!!! before I was only getting 25 min. to 1 hr. before the pain would wake me up and I'd have to adjust all the pillows, the dogs and me then go back to sleep. sometimes it was more work trying to sleep then just staying awake...hopefully this will continue to increase. sleep well everyone.

Super easy one. Had a long day (time wise, not difficulty wise) and will instantly have a date with my pillow as soon as I finish responding to emails.
Sleep well everyone!
