Life Evaluation is about examining your life in the present day and taking action to shape the future.
Take 1 small step to pursue an interest.
How to do it
Identify something that you've wanted to learn about, but haven't had the chance to pursue. It can be anything at all: a new type of cooking, a volunteer opportunity, or a creative endeavor. Think of one small step you can take to move your effort forward - going online to do research or asking someone about it, for example - and then do it.
Why it matters
The things we'd like to achieve or learn often get delayed because tackling them as a whole seems too daunting. When you break goals down and begin by taking just one small step, you feel more positive and confident about perhaps trying another small step. That can encourage you to keep going.
Rome wasn't built in a day, nor was it built in a year. It was built gradually over 870 years, from 753 BC to its peak population of 1.2 million in 120 AD.

Went to PCI Health Traing Center and watched two of the classes to make sure that is where I wanted to go. I really liked how the instructors took the time to answer questions and showed them how to do something if they didn't understand it's really hands on with them and I really like that. I really hope that I can get through my surgery and get into that school.

Recently my husband & I went on our 1st cruise. This weekend I decided to make a scrapbook "journey" with the photographs, and scrapbooking is something new for me. We went to a craft store to choose an album and the embellishments & coolants, etc. that we'll need to express the cruising experience. Today it took me two hours to set up 3 pictures on page one- only 117 more photos to go. At this rate I hope the novelty of the new project holds up long enough for me to complete it!

I am a self proclaiming Foodie so when I see or hear about a new food I have never had before I have started buying and trying them. Either buy finding a recipe and cooking it myself or trying it at a restaurant. And discovering new restaurants. In my challenge I learned how to finally use chopsticks.

My husband and I are pursuing SO MANY THINGS right now! They aren't just interests (not all) some are very critical life paths! Glad to have so many choices & opportunities because of our hard-work and dedication! Currently, my husband is pursuing grad school at the Ivy League level! ♥

Been planning on getting back into learning violin, now that my shoulder's feeling better. I've also been looking through refresher videos on kick boxing, and have been checking out trickier parkour/free running... though it'll be a loooong time till I'm able to do anything like THAT, again *lol*

I took Tai Chi over 10 years ago and have wanted to get back into it so I looked up youtube videos for the 108. I re-learned the first 24 moves here in the pharmacy... ;-)
I'm also still trying to educate myself on gardening, especially when to harvest and how to prepare for the winter.
