Share 3 ways to get physical activity while you're at home.
How to do it
You don't need to belong to a gym or even be outside to get physical activity - there is plenty you can do at home to get your heart pumping and muscles moving! Share three ways you can get your body moving inside your house. A few ideas to get you started: dancing, climbing stairs, push-ups, or heavy cleaning.

Regular exercise can help you stay flexible, manage your weight, combat stress, and sleep better. By sharing ways to get exercise around the house, you'll motivate others to try new things - and you may even pick up some ideas yourself.
