Share 3 ways to get physical activity while you're at home.
How to do it
You don't need to belong to a gym or even be outside to get physical activity - there is plenty you can do at home to get your heart pumping and muscles moving! Share three ways you can get your body moving inside your house. A few ideas to get you started: dancing, climbing stairs, push-ups, or heavy cleaning.
Why it matters
Your home has lots of hidden ways to stay healthy, and anything that gets you up and off the sofa is fair game! Regular exercise can help you stay flexible, manage your weight, combat stress, and sleep better. By sharing ways to get exercise around the house, you'll motivate others to try new things - and you may even pick up some ideas yourself.
Table tennis, or ping-pong, originated as an after-dinner parlor game among the upper class in Britain in the 1880s. It was played on dining-room tables. Books served as the first paddles and balls were made out of cork.
1- exercise videos or treadmill
2- activities with the kids
3- cleaning the house or barn
1) Cleaning the house and hanging out the laundry
2) Using things like Xbox kinnects and Wii with active games or DVDs like workouts/Zumba etc
4) playing outdoors with the kids

Play with your kids. I play basketball with my daughter.
push-ups, speed squats, crunches, etc. A whole workout in your living room with no equipment.
Sex :) WHAT!?
jumprope+run with the bf. doing women's health workouts. ab ripper x with the bf.
Home chores, gardening and walking.
Hula Hoop whie watching tv, Wii, and yard work.
On my ipod, I have a playlist called "dance dance revolution" that I play when I need to move. It's full of old-school dance tunes, like the twist, and I can't help but dance along when it plays, no matter what I'm doing! This morning I was Twisting while doing my makeup, and it was a sight to see!
I always feel better after listening to these songs, and although my boyfriend and the cats think I'm crazy, the dog dances with me!
Another way I get moving is do my small exercises during the commercials on tv, or during one whole episode of The Simpsons, I'll do the PT activities I'm supposed to do.
I've got to go with Sue P. That would have to be the best way to get physical and it can be done 3 different ways!! :)

hmmmm; 3 ways to get physical activity while you're at home; okay, here goes: walk to the mailbox to get the mail & while you're at it take a few extra laps around the front yard; make the bed (which btw, was the 1st daily challenge I did today) & hang your clothes out to dry on a clothesline instead of just throwing them in the dryer (saves energy while giving you more energy; win, win); & last but not least, make love to the one you love the most. :)
take the dog around the block, take the dog around the block, take the dog around the block. he loves it and good for me too. takes about 15 minutes and excellent break in whatever else I am doing.
