I already know this. Thats how I calculate my calorie intake and burn.
I sure hope these get challenging at some point.

I totally agree tera..... There are alot of things that may not be challenging for me but will be very challenging for others.

I went bowling the other day with some family members and I found out that I burned at least 146 calories per hour and we bowled 4 games. Each game was approximately an hour each so I burned a whopping 584 calories :-D!!

Found the calculator on Discovery Health and got a good chuckle as well as plenty of information. I looked up various walking speeds. In the midst of the list was "walking to and from an outhouse (to is faster)". *laughs*
Yay for Saturday! Got out early today and did a bunch of errands, then just enjoyed the rest of the afternoon. :)

I found a calculator online that shows total burned & its food equivalent...apparently I'm burning 219 calories when I work out on Nautilus machines, and it's enough to burn off " veal or meats such as cooked brain." Um, I'll NEVER need to burn that off!

I would burn about 173 calories when I vacuum for 30 minutes.
