This DC is done daily, easily, often a day, and sometimes with-out realizing it! ... Smidgin, the Chihuahua old lady, snuggles, demands and will stand on one's tummy as she taps chest with her foot as if to say.. "Hey, here I am, you could be petting me instead of typing on that computer." She gets lots of lovin'. And there are many times she's in my lap but I don't remember her getting there!! Yes, I will be rubbing her head, ears, back, with-out thinking about it.. then I look at her and wonder.. "Now when did I help her up to my lap?" She comes to my feet, between my knees, places her feet on chair & all I do s put my hand behind her head and she braces and climbs up, zap, she's there. And often, I do not remember this happening.. oh, the things we take for granted...
Chilli-pupper, my heeler, is my constant outdoor companion and when she's inside, she's at my feet, or where she can keep an eye on me, today she's had one full belly rub, several 'chase the toy' play times, and a good long-- head, ears, cheeks rub as I sit in Sweetpea to read the manual and change the time on that clock. (That little red car took us around Amarillo, zipped in & out of everywhere we needed to go. :-)
The other two dogs, Pippin--corgi, Reba Mac-- pound pup Carin terrier (like a blond Toto) type, they both get special attention too. Even the barn cat, Petie, claims his rubbing and the spoiled Miss Sprite inside fuufuu cat.. she is always near Mark, she's horrible, she loves him and tolerates me. haha really, she's sweet to me too, but I tease Mark that she's a spoiled cat and it's his fault! She really does dote on him, it's funny!
At this very minute I smell like Horse Corral#5, not quite the same as Channel, but close...haha, because I just brushed a couple tubs of winter hair out of the horses, I think I smell lovely.. but I think I best head for the shower before watch a movie tonight! My hubby really would let Miss Spoiled Lala Sprite have his lap and keep me just out of nose reach.. ha
My blood pressure is always low, around 106/56 or so, so these critters must help. :-)
Today we went to a Peddler Show at the Civic center, my son & dtr-n-law had a booth with their mosaic crosses and Texas wall hangings, we had fun, they did good, and everyone is tired.
My new little quiet car slipped right around those big pickups and trailers as the vendors were taking down & hauling out. :-)
I bought one of those magnetic bracelets.. wonder if it will help achy fingers... guess time will tell...
I hope ya'll have a wonderful evening, the sun was up late wasn't it? .. blessings and smiles to all.
Kris, day two, we be breezing. :-) Are you painting??? :-)
