These are so restoring. I used to work in the xray department of a big hospital and on my lunch break I would snooze for 15 - 20 minutes in an unused room on that hard table. Even those naps were great but I HAVE been mistaken for a patient once or twice by those nosy techs. Now they KNEW I was in there, so very funny. :) TMI ? Just to illustrate how much I love my naps.

Lay down and shut my eyes for a time....too busy to day. I did sleep in a little this morning though.

I guess I read this challenge, liked it so much, that I fell right asleep into a longer than 15-min nap!!! I was tired from all the changing with moving and re-establishing a schedule for my boys. ;>}

I jut closed my eyes for a minute - all I had time for. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow!

Closing my eyes for a few minutes after a stimulating leadership workshop was wonderful!

I laid (lied? never get that right!) down on my recliner to nap, looked up, and saw something small moving in my fishtank...turned out that one of the fish I just bought must have been pregnant and I found 10 babies in the tank! That has never happened to me, and it turned my nap upside down as I had to get to a pet store to buy a "breeder" box for the little cuties. I did get to rest for 15 minutes though :-)

I do this a couple times a week, but for 20 minutes. I teach an early Abs & Toning class, so twice a week, I get up at 4:30. By the time I've worked out and taught a couple classes, I need that 20-minute nap to take the edge off. I feel great afterward!
