Well this is a good stretch out after yesterday! Went to the theater - the rest room is one floor down so did a real set of stairs coming back up - actually more like a double set for this building. The theater was on the 9th floor and after the production the lines for the elevators were long ... so we hit the stairs. I have more trouble with my knees going downstairs than up, but did really well all the way down - good pace, controlled, hand skimming (not cliinging to) the railing, and noone impatiently piling up behind me! My knees feel it this morning, not so much in terms of swelling inside, but the surrounding muscles having been worked in a manner they don't usually get. Will do more sets of the imaginary climbing and take a good real walk, too!
