I had to look up this one also...and on the floor , again! I need a yoga mat.
This one is a little hard for me. I actually started with the child's pose and gave my lower back a good stretch, then rocked up to a pseudo plank. I'm sure my form wasn't correct, but I felt it in my arms and upper back did feel it.
