Thank you SO VERY MUCH for this day - if only you ALL knew how happy I am for this one...it has been a VERY - NOT SO NICE WEEK with 1 co worker....=(
Who seems to live - to make me, as uncomfortable as possible !!! (I would follow with some 4 letter word's but- I have been trying to take the high road all week- why stop now?)
I will have some serious de-stressing to do this weekend....Whewwwweeeee! I will BREATHE....4sure =)
I V Friday....so before I get to relax, I will go to pick up my son from his IV- straight after work, then ahhhh, put my feet up & my head down...LOL (I hope) I will be there for some time b4 he is finished, but I will get my bit of relaxation some time later. (I just need it - this week - so bad, I haven't dis-liked work in years, not like this)
Challenge-I climbed my imaginary rope...Ooooh I felt it, my shoulder felt it too. Not too bad though...(thank goodness).

i m too bad, with all my DC buddies encouragement i was not doing the daily challange!!! Hey every one I am back.....doing the shoulder strengthening. It is a very rainy evening here, storm, i am alone, felt like ghosts are breating on my shoulders!! but doing my shoulder strengthening anyway .huhuhuhhuhu..........................
