Once today, use less sugar, sweetener, milk, or cream - or none at all - in your coffee or tea.
How to do it
Once today, go for one less teaspoon or packet of sugar or artificial sweetener, or cut back on the milk or cream. If you don't use sugar, artificial sweetener, or milk/cream in your morning brew, then you're already there and can click Done!
Why it matters
Habits are hard to break, especially when they are part of our coffee or tea routine. But cutting your intake of sugar, artificial sweetener, and milk or cream by just a little bit can improve your health. Extra sugar and milk (or cream) can lead to weight gain and high triglyceride levels, which can increase your risk of heart disease. Artificial sweeteners may also set the stage for problems, because research shows that they may actually motivate you to eat more.

I drink my coffee and tea straight up - nothing added!!
I drink a LOT of tea and coffee sadly, I have to look at my caffeine intake soon really, it can not be good for my body and mind!! I use tea and coffee as both a comforting drink/time out and also as a motivator, a pick-me-up or brain stimulation for work/study. I do not have sugar etc in coffee, only milk, but I do have sugar or sweeteners in tea. The amount of teaspoons I have of sugar have slowly crept up too because my husband has an absurd amount in and as a result I have now double the amount easily :( Today I had sweeteners in 6 of my teas instead of sugar (that has GOT to make a difference!!) With my goal not to slowly get rid of using sugar in tea altogether, then slowly cut down on sweeteners too. I use skimmed milk in my tea, soya or rice milk for coffee - need to stick to using soya/rice/oat milk ALL the time anyway as have lactose intolerance! Yes, yes, I know, I am really not helping my body heal at the min am I? Consider myself told off, and on the healing path on this one :) xx

I don't drink coffee at all and tea sometimes but, I drink Pepsi EVERYDAY. So I drank half the amount I would normally drink today.
Rarely use anything in my tea, either hot or iced, and no sweetener in my coffee ever. Only Fat Free half and half
I like milk in my coffee - helps my calcium intake. I usually have one coffee with and one good flavored coffee without. I never use a sweetener.
I HAVE FOUND THAT DOLLAR GENERAL HAS A FAT FREE DRY CREAMER THAT I USE NOW INSTEAD OF REGULAR POWDERED CREAMER, AND I NEVER USE SUGAR TO SWEETEN...JUST MORE NO FAT CREAMER!!
I ALSO AM OFF OF SUGAR IN CEREAL AND USE FRESH OR FROZEN FRUIT IN IT!!
Just had my Oolong tea with no honey or stevia.
