Really interesting and different challenge! I like all the varieties of getting my heart rate up, especially that my children enjoy doing :)
Have a lovely Tuesday!"Get your heart rate up by climbing an imaginary mountain for 12 sets of steps"

Thanks to all for the encouragement!
I just remembered that I finished my pact YESTERDAY with Annabelle! Thanks for getting us through!
This is sort of like down dog and bending your knees! I can do that! The blood does rush to your head a bit if you do it too long!!!
Looking for a new pact partner....any takers???"Get your heart rate up by climbing an imaginary mountain for 12 sets of steps"

Thank you Jan for the encouragement and thank you as well, Debra! I, too, enjoy your posts and connection. I look forward to checking in and seeing what you are up to! = )
Now...the challenge...Jan-it certainly did get the blood flowing and it was fun. I had my middle son Ethan's help today. It is their last day of Spring Break today. He asked what I was doing and then asked if there was a goat. I told him I would look when I got to the top. I was already laughing but he decided it would amuse him to tickle me everytime I tried to take a 'step'. I had extra challenges in my challenge today. And I am still laughing!
Day 3 was at the top, Jacki! Along with the goat! Smiles!"Get your heart rate up by climbing an imaginary mountain for 12 sets of steps"

Someone mentioned yesterday that the warm up marches get you going as much as the challenge exercises do -- I agree! Today I tried marching on the treadmill, which was kind of fun! And the mountain climbing was fun too! Did anyone else find their feet creeping up between steps? I had to readjust quite a few times, and I did more than one set, just to make sure I was doing it correctly. I'm aiming to get 10 minutes of exercise a couple of times a day (at least), and this is a good way to get started.
Now off for a nap before I prepare to teach Junior Achievement lessons to the fourth graders this morning! Have a great evening, and an even better tomorrow!"Get your heart rate up by climbing an imaginary mountain for 12 sets of steps"

Hello DC friends! Thank you all for your well wishes! They worked!! I am feeling much better… just a 24-hour bug. Good thing that’s over and done with! I have a fasting day tomorrow in preparation for my surgeries on Wednesday – do you think I should even bother eating today??? What’s the point?
Today we are climbing mountains and I was able to do this one without a problem! We all must climb mountains to reach our goals and dreams as well. The mountain I am climbing right now is my upcoming surgeries and praying for a good outcome. I am hoping that your mountain climbing brings you to your dream!! Enjoy this song…
