This is sort of like down dog and bending your knees! I can do that! The blood does rush to your head a bit if you do it too long!!!

Someone mentioned yesterday that the warm up marches get you going as much as the challenge exercises do -- I agree! Today I tried marching on the treadmill, which was kind of fun! And the mountain climbing was fun too! Did anyone else find their feet creeping up between steps? Hello DC friends! Thank you all for your well wishes! They worked!! I am feeling much better… just a 24-hour bug. Good thing that’s over and done with! I have a fasting day tomorrow in preparation for my surgeries on Wednesday – do you think I should even bother eating today??? What’s the point?
