I think I'm going to add this exercise to my daily routine--maybe something to do at the office when I've been sitting too long. My knees felt better after doing this.

After a snowy, blustery weekend, the sun came out and the snow melted and I did this in the spa with the many other aquatic exercises I do most days to strengthen the muscles and tendons in the knee area. This one was so easy to do in the water, that I started my session and ended my session with the leg extensions.

I need all the stretching and strengthening I can get. These should help.
How to do it
Sit up straight and toward the front edge of your chair. Lift your right knee up, flex your foot (point your toes to the ceiling) and extend your leg out in front of you. A friend invited me out for breakfast after our power walk so you know what took me so long. LOL
This challenge turns out to be a good stretch to do after walking. i did hear my knees pop but that's okay its good to stretch out a bit.
