I am most definitely more easily upset when I am tired. I haven't been sleeping well since my folks were in their auto accident, and finding out my LaniMom may have pneumonia was just that much harder to take.
I could sleep for a week. :)
I hope everyone had a wonderful day, and I look forward to 'seeing' all of you tomorrow! :)

This is not really an answer. My sleep cycle is so irregular (and so are my moods.) There is probably a connection but it would need to be graphed. I am seeing some benefit from getting in bed promptly at 10:30, though, and by listening to music instead of watching TV beforehand.

I am a firm believer that sleep ( or rather the Lack of ) can change your moods. I have been struggling with insomnia for quite some time, and there are days that I don't like being around 'myself'!! I've been trying to be more aware in how I treat or react to others :/

I have been sleeping irregularly lately with being sick and all, allergies are getting the best of me. Been fighting back with much needed sleep, medication, hydration, etc. Hoping to get back to my regular schedule A.S.A.P. Wishing the best for all of you reading! =) ♥ ~

Sleep?? Sleep?? I'm suppose to sleep? LOL Yes my mood and lack of sleep go hand in hand. Almost forgot to do this, my laptop is in the shop right now and I am trying to do this on the dinosaur, so what's this Commadore 64?? haha
have a great rest of day. =)
