These really get the heart rate up... Whew! 5 was all I could do.. For sure and I hope that was...one on each side was one... Ugh! Lol!
Had birthday cake for my little girl, who is all grown up at 22 today! In less than 5 weeks she will have her own baby :)

Well, the "jumps" were wobbly and kind of one-foot-at-a-time, but I did them and am out of breath, so I guess I achieved the benefit according to my ability and fitness level....I can tell this track is going to challenge me, but I'm not complaining. I know it's good for me.

My knees rebelled with this one! They told me that they would put me in the hospital if I kept doing this....so I stopped! I am done with hospitals for now!!! I had a quiet, relaxing day with my husband catching up on recorded tv shows!

I tried! The lunge part went ok, as long as I held on to the edge of the table. The jump part .... well, that was rather humorous! I couldn't quite get both feet all the way repositioned during the jump, and had to re-set myself before doing the next lunge, but I kept working at it, and after finishing 5 sets, I completed a couple of extra lunges without the jump just to see how that worked.
