Yes! I did it...
I didn't exactly do the lunges but took an hour walk on the beach and I feel like I did quite a
few lunges getting through the sand.
These really get the heart rate up... Whew! 5 was all I could do.. For sure and I hope that was...one on each side was one... Ugh! Lol!
Had birthday cake for my little girl, who is all grown up at 22 today! In less than 5 weeks she will have her own baby :)

Almost fell on the first one, but the others went fine. Couldn't do 5, though. 6 is much more symmetrical.
Well, the "jumps" were wobbly and kind of one-foot-at-a-time, but I did them and am out of breath, so I guess I achieved the benefit according to my ability and fitness level....I can tell this track is going to challenge me, but I'm not complaining. I know it's good for me.
My knees rebelled with this one! They told me that they would put me in the hospital if I kept doing this....so I stopped! I am done with hospitals for now!!! I had a quiet, relaxing day with my husband catching up on recorded tv shows!
I tried! The lunge part went ok, as long as I held on to the edge of the table. The jump part .... well, that was rather humorous! I couldn't quite get both feet all the way repositioned during the jump, and had to re-set myself before doing the next lunge, but I kept working at it, and after finishing 5 sets, I completed a couple of extra lunges without the jump just to see how that worked. Much better, although it kind of reminded me of genuflecting in church in second grade! The jumps are a little hard on the knees and that troublesome right hip. I could definitely feel the stretch! Next goal -- being able to do them without the assistance of the edge of the table. Some people have told me that I'm unbalanced LOL, and I think I'm starting to believe them!

Ok, I think this comes easier to some people, I have discovered when I am in an uncomfortable position my balance gets wacky, and this exercise I looked like a freaky bird doing some crazy dance with my arms flapping! However I did feel it after so I have decided to keep doing it daily till I atleast get my arms under control!!
I am headed out tonight to a demonstration I have never heard of but will have fun drinking with friends!
