Yes! I did it...
I didn't exactly do the lunges but took an hour walk on the beach and I feel like I did quite a
few lunges getting through the sand.
These really get the heart rate up... Whew! 5 was all I could do.. For sure and I hope that was...one on each side was one... Ugh! Lol!
Had birthday cake for my little girl, who is all grown up at 22 today! In less than 5 weeks she will have her own baby :)

Almost fell on the first one, but the others went fine. Couldn't do 5, though. 6 is much more symmetrical.
Well, the "jumps" were wobbly and kind of one-foot-at-a-time, but I did them and am out of breath, so I guess I achieved the benefit according to my ability and fitness level....I can tell this track is going to challenge me, but I'm not complaining. I know it's good for me.
My knees rebelled with this one! They told me that they would put me in the hospital if I kept doing this....so I stopped! I am done with hospitals for now!!! I had a quiet, relaxing day with my husband catching up on recorded tv shows!
very carefully, so it was like jumping in slow motion but I didn't want to hurt my arthritic hip or my bone on bone knee. shaking my head here. hmmm
Hello everyone I had to run off this morning for a 8:30 PT appointment and then went to Maggie's to help with the baby boys for the first time in 3 weeks. I have missed them so much I started crying when I saw them. Bryan my PT told me not to do the elliptical again, I had messed up my hip and popped my SI joint out of place it took him awhile to get it back in place and I have been in a lot of pain all day, my neck is out of place as well. So no elliptical ever again, it felt like I was back at step one with my hip . It is storming here tonight. I am getting up at 4am to volunteer at a race out at lake Okachobee with the local running club it is a 7 mile race , getting picked up at 5:10 am.
