Felt it between my shoulder blades! It reminded me of my daughter doing swimming. I only got to see a few games, but they were worth it!

I decided to do it standing up this time and it seemed much easier.

In the effort to start exercising again, and having to do it without the benefit of my gym which is being renovated, I joined the Exercise for Everyone track with the hope that it will spur me to action. I figure once I am doing a little exercise, I might just say, to heck with it, and do more cause I am already there. Wish me luck!

Hello Hello Kat Day two! Happy Monday people!
I did this after my power walk this morning and it feels good on my shoulder blades, arms and neck. I closed my eyes and tried to imagine myself swimming in the river near by (that is still too high to swim in for now) and enjoying the wonderful sunshine we are having. YAY The sun is back!
