Jog in place for 30 seconds, bringing your heels as close to your backside as you can.

This was pretty hilarious! I am pretty sure my feet never came close to my rear end! But as part of the goal was to stretch your hamstrings, I did some standing hamstring stretches by bending my knee and grabbing my foot from behind , stretching the thigh back, and stretching the hamstring in the process. Coupled that with balancing (or attempting to balance) by lifting the opposite arm straight up (I call it the Stature of Liberty pose). This is a stretch we use in Zumba, but I have yet to master it. Getting better though. No, I doubt if I'll ever be able to kick my own butt while jogging, and I'm not sure I'd really want to, but these adaptations helped me to accomplish the purpose of the challenge!

Thanks for the encouragement Rebecca and Betty B.....sure needed the kick in the butt today. :-) Well, did this this evening as a close out to a busy on the go day. Knees don't flex like they used to and this was really a long 30 secs...so did not do my usally 3 min cycle. Too tired. P&L,

I think there could a few bruised bottoms out there today with this one Ouch ha ha! Done in the frt room. Poured down with rain all day so no outdoor Cardio for me :0(

A.K.A "the butt kick"! My dog totally didn't like this activity, she could not understand how she fit into the game!
I am having a really hard time coming up with a dinner plan. chicken and___________ fill in the blank!

i pretty certain running in place wouldn't work in the house...too many underfoot with 1 child, 2 dogs and 2 cats... heck one cat is trying to climb on my keyboard now.
