Too funny, our dog Champ was playing underneath my foot while I did this! Also, my hubby told the dog to move bc I would probably fall, even though I didn't! Lastly, I thought it said 3 of each, so I did! LAM Freddi Day 4 done and 1 to go! Thanks so much and have a gr8 nite!

I was doing it and my little girls started doing it to. We turned it into a competition to see who could do it longer. It was fun. Didn't realize I had it in me!

Whew! Thanks Julie for the note! You're right, I am exhausted from the gardening (3 hours of digging weeds!) plus 2 dog walks and a trip to the garden store! I could do this one, but I could not do it with the heel of the standing leg off the ground.
Lovely Saturday, not too hot, not raining, perfect for garden work actually. Tomorrow is supposed to be nice, maybe I can get something done ...see more
