Get energized: Flap your arms like a bird for 1 minute while seated.

Whew.. what a long day it was today that I just wanted to fly like a bird once I started flapping my arms.
Day 3 completed, Rhonda. Seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and that light is shinning on some extraordinary bonus points. Can you see it? See the light... be the light. :o)

I did this, but you have to be careful to find both the right chair in the right place to do this. Otherwise, folks going past you wonder what you're doing!

Not exactly soaring....but it felt good to stretch out my arms. Was harder than I thought!

This was good for me, but the popping sounds that I heard while doing it was kind of nerve racking. I guess I need to become more flexible!

Jeni day 2 ;0)
Working in the yard today. Watch out weeds!!
How to do it
Sit in a chair with no arms or on a bed, and start with your arms down by your sides, palms facing in. Flap your arms like a bird by bringing them up overhead and then back down to your starting position. Continue raising and lowering your arms for one minute.
I do this in our bird of prey lecture all of the time. Soaring, gliding, flapping. If you take your fingers and put them tight together and put your palms flat, then wave them near your face you can feel the air (just like a hawk) if you then open your fingers and do the same thing you do not feel the air (like the owl) ♥
Love this tract ;0)

"All the grown up people say
'What, those ugly thistles !
Mustn't touch them! Keep away!
Prickly! Full of bristles!'
Yet they never make me bleed
Half so much as roses!
Must be purple is a weed,
and pink and white is posies."
