A minute?!? Surely they meant to say half a minute. I was just about done at 20 seconds when it occurred to me that my bathrobe weighs about 5 pounds and I was lifting it as I did the exercise. It went much better when I took off the bathrobe--and slowed down a bit. I figured that, unlike a bird, I'm not going to take off no matter how fast I "flap my wings."
We had some rain overnight but the sky looks fairly clear now and I have my office window open, enjoying the fresh air and the bird song. Spring is here for sure!
