sat in front of my computer flaped my arms like a bird. Was not as easy as I thaught it would be,but made it through,

A minute?!? Surely they meant to say half a minute. I was just about done at 20 seconds when it occurred to me that my bathrobe weighs about 5 pounds and I was lifting it as I did the exercise. It went much better when I took off the bathrobe--and slowed down a bit. I figured that, unlike a bird, I'm not going to take off no matter how fast I "flap my wings."
We had some rain overnight but the sky looks fairly clear now and I have my office window open, enjoying the fresh air and the bird song. Spring is here for sure!

wow, when they say cardio blast ....they mean cardio blast... this will get your blood pumping, your heart thumping and you doing some heavy breathing. One minute seems foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......I am glad to be home. I saw way too many snakes and mosquitos. We had a good time. I done alot of walking, of course I done alot of eating too...... Friday night we had philly cheese steak sandwiches,...desert was chocolate oatmeal cookies..... Saturday for breakfast... bacon, sasuage, biscuits, gravy. eggs, and hash brown potatoes. That night we had kabobs.............. chicken, steak and pork tenderloin with red, yellow, orange peppers, squash, zuchinii, onion and pineapple. Then we made homemade ice cream and chocolate chip cookies. Sunday morning ...blueberry pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, bacon, sasuage. biscuits and eggs. That is why I had to walk so much..
I missed my internet and seeing what all my friends were up to. I wish everyone a Blessed day filled with sunshine( like I have here today) and hugs ((( ))) Thanks to Cassie R and Missy N for the encouragement !!
My thought today is :
Don't run through life so fast that you forget not only where you have been.......
but also where you are going

whew....did this while hubby was in the kitchen..so he did not think I was crazy...lol. this was strenuous towards the end...lol....started out no big deal..lol ...Guess I need to do this more often!

Now that was funny! Bella my English Lab was all over me while I did this. Don't know what she was thinking. (She loves to hunt in the yard-squirrels, birds, the neighbors cats ).

She's a Lab--instinctively a bird dog: you must have been doing the exercise so well that she thought you were a bird!
