this is one of my favorites! I hop up and down my stairs like I'm on Moguls. Kicks my butt!
I am still working in the yard, garden pond has been installed by my son and I, fish are swimming around and the plants are planted. 10 yards of mulch was delivered and I start spreading tomorrow!! What a week! I will be ready for the prom pics in the yard!!!! 18 days and counting............

Ok, that was kind of fun! I did something sort of like that when I did the Challenge on the Wii EA Sports Active 2. There was a skateboarding thing that was similar but much longer.

Imaginary moguls are tougher than real ones. Hahaha! I think I like the downhill ones better. Like Jan said in response to a previous challenge...Gravity Rocks! (When skiing anyway-heehee)

I just got back from taking an hour walk with hills. Now i will do this. For PT I need to deep knee bends with my knees together and with them apart so i can kill 2 birds with one stone!

this is defiantly not an exercise I need to be doing the jumping back and forth was most painful will not be doing it again and I did not make the suggested number I only did 1 in each direction. aww
Went to Dr today and BP was normal will be going back tomorrow. the cowboy has an am apt and me an afternoon apt this is crazy was way to high last week and now its normal somethings not right ...see more
