Healthy Behaviors is about lifestyle habits, namely healthy eating and physical activity, which have proven connections to lifelong health and disease prevention.
Prepare a week's worth of cut-up veggies and dip as a snack.

Father, we recognize from Scripture that You long to be gracious to Your children, to show them compassion and give them direction. You bless those who wait upon You. Though you give us the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, you also give us teachers, prophets, and believing friends who affirm or challenge us as we seek Your face and Your will for our lives. As we hold up the lamp of Your Word to lighten the path before us, how good it is to hear Your voice behind us saying, "This is the way, walk in it." You've promised that You will never leave us or forsake us. Darkness will not overtake us, for You are the Light of the World, and in You there is no darkness at all. Thank You for Your reassuring presence that You walk with us step by step on this day of our journey. We're en route now but we're assured that our final destination will have an eternal glorious address where our dwelling will be with You in heaven forevermore. Amen

I will get this done.
Saying good-bye is not a one-time action. It is a process with many different steps, difficult steps. It's okay if you don't feel ready for this now. Understand that saying good-bye occurs gradually over time.
One step is to visit the places you used to go as a couple, and create new memories there.
Virgil's wife died. He says, "My one son came over and said, 'Dad, you've got to get out. Mom's not coming back.' Grief recovery means being able to move forward in spite of the pain."
The Lord God will go before you and will enable you to say good-bye.
"Righteousness goes before him and prepares the way for his steps" (Psalm 85:13).
Righteous God, strengthen me, one step at a time, to face the old precious memories and to create wonderful new ones. Amen.

Good evening my dear friends. Here it's raining cats and dogs!!!....What a rainy day!!!
Well, I always try to eat my pieces of veddies and fruits, but really, I haven't enough time to eat five times a day, so I have several pieces of fruit together in my smoothies, and I do the same with my veggies.
I WISH YOU ALL, A VER WONDERFUL WEEK, MY FRIENDS....!!!!

This is always a good thing to do because when I want something, I want it now! Nice to have something healthy on hand when the mood strikes!

I never eat dip so that part is out. I will just do a few days worth as I don't like to cut things far in advance. Yesterday I bought a used Pampered Chef divided platter that will be perfect for this.

This was an easy one for me as we have a DYH Amazon parrot and several other birds so I always have fresh fruit and veggies chopped and ready to go; I like them sometimes with dip, and sometimes without. Day 1 again Maria, Thanks! :) Great, Happy Sunday all! :)
