I did this at my kitchen table....and it really stretches your calves and the backs of your legs. It felt so good, I did several extra. Three didn't seem like enough to do much.
I awoke with a massive headache, caused by the neck pain I've been having...AGAIN!!! I have been doing my PT, so I am more than discouraged. Disgusted would be more apt. I am sitting here icing it right now. Just hope it feels better before we leave on Sun. No fun traveling with bad pain.
I snapped my green beans today and cooked for dinner. Used a bag of McCormick steamers for veggies. It was garlic-basil for green beans or broccoli. You put the beans in the plastic bag that comes with the seasoning and mix the seasoning with water, pour over the beans and microwave for 8-10 min. These were a little crunchy(which I love) and the seasoning was ohh so good!!! I will definitely try that again!!! The 16 yr. old even loved them!!!!
