I thought a lot about fear today. It ocurred to me that there are a multitude of fears, some of them good, some of them bad, but all of them are teachers. Every time I feel fear is an opportunity to understand myself better. It is really kind of extraordinary if you examine it deeply. I am feeling beaten up today. I don't know if you'd call it "beaten up" or frustrated, either works for me. I just got home and I really don't want to talk about it right now but I'll sit here on the bed and try to do a psyche job on myself before school tomorrow so hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow.
I did have a good swim tonight. The water helps wash away the top layer of distress.
