I've always called these supermans, but they're definitely one of my favorite stretches/workout moves!
I ordered my sociology book today, got to see my great aunt and had an awesome moment. I went to fill up my car for the first time in 3 weeks, and realized that gas prices have dropped 20 cents. Biking - 1 Laziness - 0
I was rethinking my decision to bike to work and school, but a little sweat, not to mention the added workout, is definitely worth the money I'm saving! Also, it only cost me about $48 to fill up, haven't seen that in ages!
