Take a 1-minute imaginary bike ride.
How to do it
Lie down with your back flat against the floor (a carpeted area will be more comfortable; you can also put down a blanket). Lift your knees so they're at a 45-degree angle and slowly begin to pedal. When lifting your legs, engage your abdominal muscles so that your back is supported.
Why it matters
This exercise spins two kinds of physical activity into your day! The muscles in your abdomen and legs get a workout as you pedal, and the effort you expend makes your heart beat faster. All without the trouble of finding the key to your bicycle lock or worrying about a flat tire.
The Tour de France course covers more than 2,100 miles (3,400 km) - that's a lot of pedaling!
Good afternoon. So sorry to be doing my challenges late. Bad week of Fibroymyalgia. So my bike ride was so wonderful. I just rode and rode no pain anywhere. Just wish we could wave a magic wand and take away all the pains from each of us. Have a great day and smiles to all,

I think I will go over to my gym and ride a real bike.
Have a great day everyone! :-)

The Universe is not punishing you or blessing you. The Universe is responding to the vibrational attitude that you are emitting. The more joyful you are, the more Well-being flows to you — and you get to choose the details of how it flows--- Abraham, Jerry, Esther
