I've done a version of this laying on my stomach on the floor many times. Never thought about trying it standing!! I needed this. A day at home grilling, I noticed my posture has been atrocious all day! I kept catching myself slouching! Not good. Must stand up straighter. Must do more back exercises every day -- not just the challenge!

Oops! Almost forgot to do this! This was a good stretch, I'm glad I picked this track. My last couple have been very think-y, and it's good to choose one that's do-y for a change! :)

Up against my living room wall while listening to the cacophony of fireworks display finales. :) Happy 4th everyone!

Thanks for the encouragement, Cherrie! Just returned home to Minnesota from Texas ... it's hotter here! Anyway, the various opposite arm & leg exercises from DC are always a challenge for me, so I was definitely entertaining to watch. In honor of our country's birthday I also did this with my arms & legs stretched out more to the side to impersonate a star!!

I worked all day 5am - 4PM woth a new cc maching and no instructions - PLUS phone calls about every 15 min to make new reservations, check on exting ones and canceling reservations. Needless to say it took me 5 hours to do what it normally takes 1. Boy am I bushed.
After this day this felt sooooo good. I could jiust feel my posture change!! It was exactlu what I needed.
Sorry connections - didn't mean to ignore you today - it was just an extremely busy day and I am very tired. I'll see you all tomorrow and I hope you all had a great smiling day!
