Life Evaluation is about examining your life in the present day and taking action to shape the future.
Imagine yourself 6 months from now, and write down 1 goal you would like to have achieved.

Thanks Marsha H. for the encouragement!
I can see myself healthier and happier with excitement in everyday!

Close your eyes and imagine yourself six months from now. Is there anything you want to accomplish by then that will make you happier or improve any aspect of your life? Write that goal down on a small piece of paper and place it where you'll see it every day for the next six months. Some good places include your fridge or bathroom mirror, or in your bag or wallet.
Why it matters
It can be easy to set goals - and then quickly forget them when we get caught up in the busyness of our everyday lives! By writing down your goal and posting it in a prominent place, you'll be reminded of it each day. You may also be more likely to think about the small steps you would need to take to reach your larger goal.
In six months......This month I am at a cross roads once again and I must make a decision within a couple of days...life pace is about to get brisk...go big or safe and conservative?...feed desire or be practical...I will find the happy medium and be six months closer to my masters degree.....
“I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.”
“A goal without a plan is just a wish.”
“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.”
“The more intensely we feel about an idea or a goal, the more assuredly the idea, buried deep in our subconscious, will direct us along the path to its fulfillment.”
but ....what if it seems impractical?...

To meditate every day and develop a regular meditation practice ... This means cleaning out the front room, replacing the rug and uncomfortable furniture and creating a quiet, restful space in which to meditate. I have already started doing this by eliminating items that I no longer need. This, of course, is a slow process, but I just got rid of three large items today (Freecycle is the best) and will continue to weed out. I have my meditation bench, pillow and mat (the mat I made) AND my cat, Miss Molly Munchkin. I have vacuumed the rug that is there ( I have to do it again) and started to clean off the altar, leaving only those items that are important to me. Meditation will help me center and ground myself so that I can see my way through to the finish line, dealing with the challenges and achieving my goals. Hallelujah, I am on my way! DONE here!!!
