I love working out, zumba, body pump, step and yoga. When the weather is nice, I enjoy walking or bike riding. I get together with friends, going to the clubhouse to eat, scrabble, bunco, home projects, crafts, puzzles, tending my roses. I'm the mother of a great son, a lovely daughter-in-law and five happy grandchildren.
I will definitely check out some web sites and find a place where I can volunteer. Right now I'm keeping quite busy working two part time jobs. I'm feeling very fulfilled at the moment.

Most food in my freezer is veggies and fruit. I try to use meat fresh from the store. There are some GF waffles in there, but everything is in it's original package, so easy to find.

My friend, Evi, had back surgery a few weeks ago. Visitation at her home was limited due to her need for rest. Now she is ready for company, so I'll spend some time with her this week.

I don't like to waste my energy on anything negative, so by approaching everything with this mind set, a bad mood is just a waste of my time. I think of what I have and am grateful just to be enjoying every day. We all can do the best we can with what we have in our lives.
