I'm a personal fitness coach at Las Vegas Athletic Club helping people attain their fitness goals. Working out is my passion.... zumba, body pump, step and yoga. I also enjoy walking or bike riding. I party with friends, going to the clubhouse to eat, playing scrabble, bunco, working on home projects, crafts, puzzles, tending my roses. I'm the mother of one great son, a lovely daughter-in-law and five sweet grandchildren.
Most of us do not breathe deeply; this fast-paced life has created a nation full of shallow breathers.
When I'm not paying attention, I tend to have shallow breathing. Deep breathing really relaxes the body.
Great points, Jerri. We are a perfect pact team.
This is an easy one since I love line dancing, biking, walking, working out at the gym. Got plenty of friends to keep it physical.

I try to use very little in the way of plastic. My grocery bags I use for trash cans or to carry things to other places.
