I'm a personal fitness coach at Las Vegas Athletic Club helping people attain their fitness goals. Working out is my passion.... zumba, body pump, step and yoga. I also enjoy walking or bike riding. I party with friends, going to the clubhouse to eat, line dancing, scrabble, bunco, working on home projects, crafts, puzzles, tending my roses. I'm the mother of one great son, a lovely daughter-in-law and five sweet grandchildren.

When I'm at work in the gym, everyone is upbeat. There is a sign in the office, "Think Positive Thoughts". There is no such thing as a bad day at the gym. Also, my DC pals bring happiness with all we share.

We did two hours of dance practice yesterday and this morning my left calf cramped as the alarm went off. Ouch! I didn't stretch after practice which is why that happens. So I will do the challenge, but stretch out afterwards.
