- This is one of my favorite stretches. I'm using this time out app (http://www.dejal.com/timeout/) at work to ensure I take regular stretch and walk breaks since I work at a computer all day, which often causes neck, shoulder, and back pain. You can set 2 types of breaks: normal, which I have set to 10 minutes every hour and use to get up and walk around the office; and micro breaks, which I set to 30 seconds every 20 minutes to do a quick stretch at my desk.
