I have 3 dogs-my 4 legged kids, St. Bernard-Max, adopted; Rottweiler-Apollo; Black Lab-Hunter. My son is grown so the dogs are my kids now along with a red tailed boa, a green iguana, and 5 birds. Oh, and feeder mice of course for the boa. I'm an animal lover which drives my husband crazy at times! :) I live in CO and love the outdoors.

Too weird as I do this all of the time already both here and at work. Gotta keep that core engaged!! Easy peasy. :)

Hi all! I hope all is well. :)

Crazy weather weekend here, warm Saturday, rain yesterday, warm today with more rain coming in tonight. That's ok. We need the moisture. :)

Well look what we have. Yay!! This is at our Fort St. Vrain Eagle nest northwest of us. So cool!! Now prayers for this eaglet and possible other 2 to hatch that they survive. These eagles have had a couple of years of hard times at this nest with their eaglets.

Big shout of Thanks going out today to Dave and my faithful encourager Doris for the Es today!! :)

    Great Monday to all! :)

Took me a few seconds to get my groove on with this one! lol It's fun, you should try it! :)

    How to do it

Stand up straight and raise your arms out to the sides so they're parallel to the floor. Fixate on a spot ahead of you and walk with one foot in front of the other. With each step, as you lift one leg to move forward, pause while that leg is in midair and lift your back leg's heel for a second. Walk for 10 steps.

    Why it matters

Tai chi, which began as a martial art, evolved to incorporate physical and mental health benefits. This exercise can help you improve your strength, balance, and coordination, as it calls on you to have your legs do two different things while walking.

Well our wild and crazy weather came in. Crazy windy, rain first and then snow but the snow didn't hang around here. The wind is causing damage again and people are without power for over 12 hours due to the wind. We'll be cleaning branches out of the front and backyard tomorrow. fun, fun, fun. At least we got a little bit of moisture and supposedly more on Sunday. ;)

I just saw on TV before I started DC the new health care bill was cancelled to vote on. interesting..........

So I wonder who the pic is of today? The Girls are getting big enough now that the zoo is going to start cub proofing outside so they can start going out soon. So fun to watch them outside but the keepers usually have to carry them back inside when it's time for them to come in until they get the hang of their commands and their mom trying to get them in. :)

Big shout of Thanks going out today to Leslye, Judi, and Doris for the Es today!! :)

    Great weekend to all!! :)

I'm not one to sit like this too often so I'm not too worried about it. I always sit 'Indian' style ever since I was a kid. :)

We're having our beautiful weather today before this storm we're supposed to get moves in tonight. Can't wait as we need the moisture so bad. Rain or snow will do. :)

Guess who we see in the pic today? She's getting very skilled at flying all over the place now. Never get to see her on the cam anymore, sigh. :)

Big shout of Thanks going out today to my 2 encouragers Judy and Doris! :)

    Great Thursday to all!! :)

I think you all know by now that the alarms have got to go!! NO ALARMS!! Then, it's too funny as I need a reminder to slow down, not keep moving. ;)

Hi all! How's everyone doing? Had a great time off even if it flew by. Got a lot of things done and accomplished. The nicest thing happened to me on Friday. My fairly new neighbor behind me gave me 2 bags of bird seed that she got at work for a really cheap price. She said she noticed how much I like the birdies. It was so sweet. I'll have to cut some daffodils for her since they're coming up now. :)

Well we broke heat records here for 3 days in a row. It has cooled off a tad but waiting until Friday when we're finally supposed to get some moisture. We did get our sprinkler system up and running and it's a good thing we did check it out as it needed all sorts of major repairs both outside and the unit inside that we set the timer for the sprinklers croaked so we had to purchase a new one. My daffodils and tulips and hyacinths are all coming up, yay! Looks so pretty. :)

Work was interesting this morning after being there for about 20 minutes all of a sudden there was something wrong with our computer system and it was almost 0700 bedore I could even start doing my job; remember I start @ 0400. Fortunately there was other things for me to do to pass the time. Amazing how much we rely on modern technology today.

Big shout of Thanks going out today to Kitty, Judy, and my faithful encourager Doris for the Es today! :)

Great Hump Day to all! :)

For those of you that know me, you know I love my lunges and squats! Too easy!! ;)

Cooler day here today, only in the high 60s! lol Into the 80s this weekend! yikes!! I hand watered the back yard yesterday and going to do the landscaping out front after I'm done here on DC. Seriously thinking about getting the sprinkler system going this weekend since hubby will be home and I need him in case something's broke! ;)

Big shout of Thanks going out to my faithful encourager Doris today!! :)

Taking some time off of work next week so that means DC also. Great weekend to all and I'll see ya next week! :)
