For much of my life I was a Library Manager.
Married now for the second time round and between us we have 4 children and 1 grand daughter.
Live a block from the beach on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia and now about to venture to the Clarence Valley in Northern NSW.
No Pacts for me.
Make a loose change container and plan on how you'll use the money to better your well-being.
This is something that was passed down from my mother.........when vinyl albums cost a small fortune, she used to save her loose change specifically to buy a new album.........and I do this now for certain items that I want.
Toaday's photo is again from Tasmania.........where sheep farms run down to the sea........it was a very unusual sight!

Find the area in your bedroom with the most dust, and take 5 minutes to dust it clean.
That would be under my bed..........and I will send in the Robo Vacuum to do this job........and yes, they work, they do pick up all the dirt etc........love mine!
Today's photo is of an old storage structure in the middle of Tasmania.
Plan at least 15 minutes of "me time" at home by yourself in the next week - no chores allowed.
15 minutes..........how about 30 minutes a day, at least! I plan on a 90 minute session today as I watch an episode of "Vera".........I have the whole 7 series, and I love to spend a solid 90 minutes totally engrossed in her murder mysteries.
Today's photo is another shot from Port Arthur in Tasmania...........you can hear the convicts whisper in the ruins.
Prevent shut-eye stress: Write a list of the day's worries at least 4 hours before bedtime.
I have other effective ways to prevent bedtime stress.........diffusing a wonderful combination of essential oils, and spoken word meditations.
Today's photo is from Port Arthur in Tasmania...........an historical penal colony, and the site of the massacre that invoked out gun reform changes.
Create a master grocery shopping list that contains produce, lean protein, and whole grains.
No..........I do a weekly meal planner........but, sorry, I don't cook the same thing week in week out...........I do like to vary and experiment. I do understand if you have small kids that keeping to routine is often a good thing..........but, not for this little black duck.
Today's photo was taken at Constitution Dock in Hobart.........some tall ships tied up!
Lie on your side, turn your top foot up, engage your quads, lift your leg, and repeat 4 times.
Alas...........I am going to have to leave this track as my knee is much worse than I had thought and I will need some specialist care. Off to see my doc tomorrow, and then perhaps lots of physio etc before I talk surgery!
Today's photo was taken in the World Heritage listed Gordon River Wilderness a couple of years back.........I keep talking about going back, and I am hoping we do it this year.
Sit and lift your knee to your chest, hold for a count of 3, repeat 2 times, and switch sides.
I will do this at another time.........my knee has decided to really give me some curry, and I think there is a trapped nerve involved, so it will be off for some medical opinions as soon as I can get an appointment.
As everyone has love the Jervis Bay photos (and this one is not mine) I thought I would post a photo of Hyams Beach..........reportedly the winner of the whitest sand in the world..........and just one of the beaches that are dotted along Jervis Bay..........get place to visit, quaint little old homes, great little cafe and miles of endless white sands and wilderness.
