For much of my life I was a Library Manager.
Married now for the second time round and between us we have 4 children and 1 grand daughter.

I will do this today as I have a goal I need to knock over. And it has lots of small steps.
Today's photo is the last one I will post of my mum and dad for a while.........this is my parents with 2 of my 3 step kids.........they are now 22 and 18.....so it was when they were much younger.

Increase inner thigh strength like a ballerina with 5 plie squats.
